Termite Control Service

How much is it? 

To determine the pricing for termite control services, we must perform a detailed inspection.  The cost of the inspection is $125+tax and is deductible from the cost of any termite treatment. 

What is included in the warranty?  

This service should achieve a 100% reduction in termites from the treated area for one year.  We will return, for no additional charge, if those results are not achieved.  Keep in mind that it may take up to 90 days after treatment to eliminate termites from your home.

Do I need to be home?  

We will need access to the inside of the house for the inspection.  Also, we would like you to point out where the problems are, so we can more quickly assess the treatment needs.

How does it work?

We use a non-repellent insecticide called Termidor that termites do not detect. It is somewhat slow acting and allows them to spread it to their nestmates and brood. It is similar to introducing a virus to the colony.

We apply the Termidor in a 6 inch wide by 6 inch deep trench dug along the foundation.  Because termites must maintain contact with the ground to survive, they will pass through the treatment area.

How long does it take?  

The initial termite inspection takes around 45 minutes.  The actual termite treatment can take up to 6 hours, depending on the difficulty of the preparation work.

How do I prepare for service?

For us to be able to do the service, all outside pets must be put up, the sprinklers must be off, outside clutter must be picked up, and there can't be any outside workers present.  After the service, pets need to stay off the treated areas and people need to wear shoes in the treated areas for about 45 minutes or until the spray is dry.

How do I pay?  

You will get an invoice by email immediately after service.  You can pay online using a link in the email or you can pay the Technician with a credit card or check.   We can securely store your credit card information for future services.
