How do I know if I should call back for a re-treatment during the warranty?

You should expect full results within 14 days after treatment for most of our services.  Mosquito control should be fully effective within one day after treatment. Rodent control may take up to 4 weeks to be fully effective.

Our warranty terminology defined with examples...

90% control inside:  You should see no more than 1 alive over a 7 day period during the warranty period.  

Example:  You see a spider in the entry way on Monday and another on Friday, then call us.  

Example: You see a single scorpion in the bathroom in June and another 3 weeks later in the same or different spot.  This is normal and can't be prevented, even with pest control.  No need to call us.

Example: You see a dead scorpion each week.  This is what we want, dead scorpions.  No need to call us.

Example: You see dozens of live spiders in your grass.  This is normal and indicates that you have a healthy ecosystem in your yard.  No need to call us.

Example: You see an earwig in your daughters bathroom and one in the kitchen on the same day, then call us.

100% control inside: You should see zero inside during the warranty period.

90% control outside: You should see an occasional pest, but far fewer than before treatment and at tolerable levels.

Example: You could not sit outside before treatment because of the mosquitoes and now, 14 days later, you sometimes get 1 or 2 mosquito bites if you are outside in the evening.  This is what we expect with our mosquito service.  No need to call us.  

Example: You could not sit outside before treatment because of the mosquitoes and now, 14 days later, you always get 5 or 6 mosquito bites if you are outside in the evening.  Call us for a re-treatment.

Example: You had 5 or 6 fire ant mounds before treatment and now, 2 months later, you find one small mound.  We expect this and would like you to call us if you find another mound or if the single mound is in a heavily used location.
