How to Collect Payment

How do I collect payment from a customer when they call to pay their bill?

You can just type in their information and search for their account. Once there select the "payment" tab and click add payment.

You can then put in the amount they are choosing to pay and then select a payment method from the drop down menu then choose the invoice it is for and add payment.

What do I do if a customer calls and wants to be on balanced billing to pay monthly?

If they aren't already in the system check here for  instructions on how to create an account for them

Once the account is created you  MUST get a credit card number from them to enter and save in gorilla desk, because no one can be balanced billing without a credit card on file.

Create a new job and select the service they wish to receive that is followed by balanced billing. 

After you have finished getting their information leave a note and tag  Jane for their subscription to be set up in stripe.
