Taking Notes on Gorilla Desk

When do I make a note on a customers account on Gorilla Desk?

> Whenever you contact a customer through call, email, or text.

What do I put in each note that I make?

> Put the reason you called the customer and whether you left them a voicemail or spoke with them.

> Explain what you did to help the customer and note any changes that were made on each and every account, so that anyone who looks back can see everything that was done.

How can I make it so other Venus employees or technicians can see the notes that I have made?

> Once you have finished typing up the note, before you click on "Post", click on the tab to the left of it that says "notify" with a plus next to it. Click on the box next to  any persons name who you wish to be notified of the note you made. This will make it so that they will have a notification every time they get on gorilla desk to go and see what you put on that account.
