When do I schedule a Re-Treat?
> Refer here to see if the customer meets these requirements for a re-treat.
> A Re-Treat is scheduled when another spray needs to be done within warranty because a previous completed job didn't last the entire guaranteed time.
What are the guidelines for scheduling a Re-Treat?
> All services require a 45 minute time slot.
> For monthly services if the next service is less than a week away, just move the job closer and DO NOT schedule a Re-treat.
> For quarterly services if the next service is less than a month away, just move the job closer and DO NOT schedule a re-treat.
> For one-time jobs check the warranty, and then reschedule accordingly.
> For Re-Treats ALWAYS schedule it on the same technician the job was originally assigned to.
When do I schedule a Follow-Up?
> A follow-up will always be scheduled by the technician.
How do I check a technicians weekly schedule?
> On the Gorilla Desk dashboard hit the calendar option. On the top right you'll see a silhouette of a person, click it and select the technician who's schedule you wish to see.
How do i move or change the time of a job on the technicians schedule?
> If you are looking at the technicians calendar you can actually just drag and drop a job to where it needs to be as long as it is within the week long period that's being shown.
> If not then click on the name of the person on the schedule. Then click on open job, go to schedule, and then change the the time and date to the customers preference.
How do I update someone's credit card information?
> Go to the customers account and click on edit customer in the top right of the screen.
> Click on the blue outlined last four digits of the credit card near the middle of the pop out.
> Insert new credit card information and save it.
How do I make a payment towards a customers balance?
> Open the customers account and click the tab labeled payments.
> Click the "new payment" option in the top right.
> Chose the payment method and enter the amount, then choose the invoices for the money to be applied towards.
Is the customer's service under warranty?
> Check here to see if the customer's service is under warranty or within the warranty time period.
Does the customer need to be home at the time of service?
> No the customer does not need to be home. But there does need to be a note made on the "top note" section of the customers account explaining how to get in.
> If the customer will not be home and still wants service inside of the house then we need to know gate codes, or garaged codes along with possibly a hidden key.
