Basic Quarterly Pest Control
What pests are included?
This service includes treatment for the following pests indoors: ants (not carpenter), fire ants, spiders, scorpions, earwigs, crickets, cockroaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, paper wasps, and pillbugs.
It includes the following pests outdoors: fire ants within 10-15 feet of the house, paper wasps on the house.
We also remove most paper wasp nests, dirt dauber nests, and spider webs on the outside of the house and in the garage during our winter visit.
How much is it?
Most houses are $89 plus tax per treatment for recurring quarterly service. This is 4 visits per year and the service is warrantied between visits.
We also offer a Budget Billing plan which spreads the total annual cost over the entire year and bills $29.67 per month. A one year minimum agreement is required for Budget Billing.
One-time services are available for these pests for $125 and include a 3 month warranty.
What is included in the warranty?
This service should achieve a 90%+ reduction in these pests in the areas indicated above for 3 months. We will return, for no additional charge, if those results are not achieved. Keep in mind that it may take 10 to 14 days after treatment for the service to be fully effective.
How will I know when my next appointment is?
We send you an email notification about 3 days before your next service. The notification includes the day and time of the service. We pride ourselves in being on time for appointments and your tech will call you if they are running late or early.
Do I need to be home?
We do prefer that you are home for the first service so we can meet you. We also like to treat inside for the first service. After that, you do not need to be home for us to prevent any of these pests. Even if you see some pest activity inside, we can still get control with an outside treatment for all but a few situations. If we do need to go inside, you can provide your Technician with a garage code or hide a key. We value trust and security greatly and have earned a great deal of trust from all of our clients.
How long does it take?
The service usually takes around 45 minutes.
How do I prepare for service?
For us to be able to do the service, all outside pets must be put up, the sprinklers must be off, outside clutter must be picked up, vegetation and turf near the house must be trimmed, and there can't be any outside workers present. If we are doing an inside service, we ask that clutter be picked up and any curious or dangerous pets be put up. After the service, pets need to stay off the treated areas and people need to wear shoes in the treated areas for about 15 minutes or until the spray is dry.
How does it work?
We use at least 2 different products at each service to prevent pests from entering your home and to knock out active infestations. These products vary depending on what pests are most common at the time of service, but are always applied according to the manufacturers label and state laws. We use a gas powered mist-blower for the application to reach all your eves and at least 6 feet out from your foundation. This equipment allows us to achieve great coverage and control while reducing the amount of insecticide needed by about 1/2 compared with conventional hose sprayers. We also don't have to drag a hose through your flower beds.
How do I pay?
You will get an invoice by email immediately after service. You can pay online using a link in the email or you can pay the Technician with a credit card or check. We can securely store your credit card information for future services.
