Service Frequency

For rental properties, we recommend one of two options.

Treat when the new tenants move in, then have them be responsible for any subsequent treatments. Our treatment comes with a 3 month warranty.
Treat 2 times per year, Usually in April, May or June, Then again in August, Sept, or October.

Pricing

Our rental property prices per treatment are $99 for houses, $135 for duplexes, and $185 for Fourplexes. We don't service anything with more than 4 units.

Warranty

There should be a 90% reduction in the targeted pests within 14 days after treatment for at least 3 months. If that is not achieved, we will retreat as many times as needed to correct the problem during the warranty period.

What's included

This service includes treatment for the following pests indoors: ants (not carpenter), fire ants, spiders, scorpions, earwigs, crickets, cockroaches, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, paper wasps, and pillbugs.

It also includes the following pests outdoors: fire ants within 6 feet of the house, paper wasp nests on the house.

NOT included

The treatment DOES NOT include termites, carpenter ants, fleas, ticks or bed bugs.

I highly recommend that tenants and rental property owners specifically discuss bed bugs at the time of leasing. If bed bugs are ever a problem, it's often a challenge to be sure if the bed bugs were already there or if the tenants brought them in. If you have to treat for bed bugs, it could cost $1,200-$1,500. Bed bugs are not something we check for or would easily notice with regular pest control, so there's not really any prevention to be done.
