Do we do preventative carpenter ant and termite treatments?

Please note that we do not do preventative carpenter ant and termite treatments because in our opinion it is unethical and actually not needed if you do not have any problems with the said pests.

So annual termite preventative treatment is unnecessary and we would never and have never done that. That's why we will only do a yearly inspection and then treat as needed.
