We do this for new constructions on the framing.

It's about $0.20 per square foot of slab. We use Boracare for termite pretreatments.

Done at the dried in stage of construction.

If customer goes with us we will need the floor plan. Otherwise no.

Please note that we don't treat the soil, we treat the wood.
